Which AI models does the platform use?
Transcription uses OpenAI Whisper; drafting and decision support use Anthropic Claude. Both are disclosed as sub-processors on the site, in the app and in our privacy policy.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We describe our posture honestly as 'built around HIPAA security principles' — AES-256 at rest, an append-only audit log designed around §164.312(b), and clinic isolation. We don't claim a certification we don't hold.
Can AI be turned off?
Yes. A global kill-switch disables AI features instantly, and daily spend guardrails cap usage. The queue, records, vitals and prescriptions all work with AI off.
